Yes. It's Ladies night...
These are my style influences of the week, bit of a mixture, but when you change your outfit as often as Lola does- you sure do need some alternatives!
eh hem...Ladies and Gentlemen The fabulous, Neneh Cherry, Robyn, Marie Antoinette- i like her lavish historical style, not necessarily her attitude to poverty....! And the lovely Judy Garland in some serious stripes in a shot from the 1944 film "Meet Me in Saint Louis".
What a bunch of Bettys!!
Try any of these looks with a contemporary vintage twist- with striped blouses and Pussy Bow neck ties, or mixing black velvet with super shiny 80s costume jewellery or an oversize, dramatic fit 80s leather jacket with a pair of large clip-on earrings, or rough up the frills of the French Revo by mixing antique lace with denim or biker boots for an on trend "Outsiders" look this Autmn/Winter,
et Voila! Dressin' for some serious impressin' !
Happy Autumn!

Right Royal Vintage
Lola has of late become increasingly slighty obsessed with The British Royal Family- namely in the form of objects!
And after reading Prince Charlie's latest statement on the value of buying Vintage Clothing in the Telegraph, Read Here I am feeling all the more inspired!
Have a look at my mini Royals Collection and a very vintage tweed shoot from Vogue sep.09 to inspire the style :
Featuring large 24" gold plated Pendants at £8
Small Chameo at £7
and Great British pin brooches at only £4
Team one of these accessories with a tweed jacket or knitted cape or cardigan, rolled up suit trousers and brogues for a beautifully British Look this Autumn/Winter. Just Lovely.
Please email me on info@lolasvintage.com and I will post out to you in a special royals themed parcel
Toute suit! Hazaaaar! Jollybobs and all that!
The Online Boutique is so close to completion that i can hardly contain my excitement to show you!!
Stay tuned, almost there!

As well as a selection of vintage caravans! "One can't vintage at goodwood without one"
A few of Lola and friends at our stall, and some of our area-
A photo taken by the Guardian of my outfit put in to the vintage Fashion Catwalk was even featured on the Guardian website and in the sunday supplement! woopeeee!
That's all for now, I am still beavering away on the Online Store- we are so close to opening the virtual shop doors i can almost taste the celebration cake!

Lola's Little sister found these AMAZING 1950s Book ends recently at a car bootie- I LOVE THEM!!
I also love my new c/70s tea cups, saucers and cake plates also found on a treasure hunt, they are settled in at Lola HQ now, I will be serving tea to new found friends in them at The Vintage At Goodwood Festival in just a couple of weeks time, so check out their website and the event, and grab yourself some tickets here, and come visit me at the market place for some one off vintage clothing and a cuppa in the very quirky-est of china, me old china's!
